PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frictional resistance reducing device for a ship having an EGR mechanism capable of achieving the miniaturization or disuse of a scrubber.SOLUTION: In a frictional resistance reducing device for a ship 1 capable of reducing frictional resistance between a surface of a hull 2 and sea water by jetting gas from the ship bottom 3 of the hull 2, the ship 1 includes a supercharger 20 driven by an exhaust gas of a diesel engine 10; an exhaust gas channel 22A that divides exhaust gas from upstream and/or downstream of an exhaust gas turbine 20b of the supercharger 20 and guides the exhaust gas to the ship bottom 3; an exhaust gas jetting port 24 that jets the guided exhaust gas from the ship bottom 3 into sea water; an exhaust gas recovery port 26 that is formed at the downstream side in the traveling direction relative to the exhaust gas jetting port 24 and recovers the exhaust gas jetted from the exhaust gas jetting port 24 into the hull 2; and an exhaust gas supply path 28 that supplies the exhaust gas recovered by the exhaust gas recovery port 26 to the upstream side of a compressor 20a of the supercharger 20. |
