PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method capable of preventing, when repairing a honeycomb sandwich structural body by use of a repair honeycomb core and a repair patch, formation of a void in a skin composed of the repair patch.SOLUTION: A repair method for a honeycomb sandwich structural body includes: a step (A) of removing a honeycomb core 11 containing a damaged area together with a front-side skin 12 to form a repair gap 14; a step (B) of inserting a repair honeycomb core 21 having a planarized end face 30 to which a repair patch 22 is to be bonded, into the repair gap 14; a step (C) of disposing the repair patch on the planarized end face 30 of the repair honeycomb core 21 with a film adhesive 24 therebetween; and a step (D) of performing bonding of the repair honeycomb core 21 with an existing honeycomb sandwich structural body 10 and the repair patch 22, and curing of the repair patch 22 in a reduced-pressure atmosphere accompanied by heating. |
