PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display stereoscopic video images of different view points from one screen while suppressing increase of power consumption.SOLUTION: A video processing apparatus 100 comprises a view point selection section 102, a display video determination section 104, a video display control section 105, and a lightness control section 108. The view point selection section 102 selects a user view point in a stereoscopic space. The display video determination section 104 determines a pair of single view points as a left-eye view point and a right-eye view point for each user view point, further, determines which single view point can be used in common between a plurality of selected user view points when the plurality of user view points are selected, and determines to collect a plurality of commonly available single view points into one single view point that is used in common between a plurality of corresponding user view points. On the basis of the number of single view points, the video display control section 105 determines a frame rate of a video image corresponding to the single view point and based on the determined frame rate, the lightness control section 108 determines a lightness level for displaying the single view point image. |
