This electromagnetic shielding device (1) is equipped with: a conductive sheet (3) serving as a sheet-shaped flexible conductive member the shape of which can be changed into a tubular shape; and outer edge connecting members (5) for keeping the conductive sheet (3) in the tubular shape in a condition wherein of the four outer edge sections of the conductive sheet (3), a first outer edge section (31) and a second outer edge section (32) located on the opposite side are joined together. Parallel slit groups (300) comprising multiple slits (30), which extend along a direction that intersects with a first direction, that is, the direction toward the second outer edge section (32) from the first outer edge section (31), and are arranged parallel to each other in the first direction, are formed on the conductive sheet (3), for example.
