PURPOSE: A hydraulic power generation apparatus is provided to use both static and dynamic pressure formed in a fluid delivery route by installing a rotation unit on an area exposed to an atmospheric pressure environment in the fluid delivery route, thereby increasing power efficiency for driving the rotation unit. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic power generation apparatus includes a rotation unit(10), an injection unit(20), a power generation unit(30) and a storage unit(40). The rotation unit is formed in a circumferential direction with multiple wings(12) rotated by the rotatory power delivered by the fluid transferred to a fluid delivery route(100), and exposed to the atmospheric pressure environment in the fluid delivery route. The injection unit is arranged between the fluid delivery route and the rotation unit and rotates the rotation unit by fluid injected through a plurality of streams from the wing of the rotation unit. The power generation unit is connected with the axial bond to the rotation unit and generates power by rotating the rotation unit. The storage unit is combined with the lower part of the rotation unit to store the fluid injected to the rotation unit and discharges the stored fluid into a water container. The rotation unit is arranged in a horizontal direction with a right angle to the direction of gravity`. The wings of the rotation unit is formed with the slope of the upper side of the surface contacted with the fluid injected by the wings of the rotation unit which is greater than the slope of the lower side of the surface contacted with the fluid. |
