PURPOSE: A compression system for reducing BOG(Boil Off Gas) is provided to guarantee the stable combustion of a dual fuel engine by supplying gas within a range of temperature and pressure demanded in the dual fuel engine. CONSTITUTION: A compression system for reducing BOG(Boil Off Gas) comprises a storage tank(100), a compression unit(200), a heat exchanger(500), and a by-pass unit(400). The storage tank stores low-temperature liquefied gas. The compression unit supplies the BOG to an engine(30) after increasing the pressure of the BOG . The heat exchanger increases the temperature of the BOG discharged through an outlet of the compression unit. The by-pass unit controls the amount of the BOG supplied to the engine. |
