PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the long-time storage of secondary waste by reducing evaporatively concentrated high concentration chlorine so as to prevent corrosion in circumferential equipment of secondary waste.SOLUTION: A radioactive waste liquid processing apparatus includes: an evaporative concentration part for evaporatively concentrating a radioactive waste liquid containing chloride ions; an electrolytic treatment part 61 for performing an electrolytic treatment to generate hydrogen gas and hypochlorite ions with respect to the high concentration radioactive waste liquid concentrated by the evaporative concentration part; and a chlorine gas diffusion part 62 for storing the high concentration radioactive waste liquid after the electrolytic treatment in a state with the addition of acid and diffusing chlorine gas from the high concentration radioactive waste liquid.
