PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter and receiver capable of protecting secrecy of data communication by a radio wave.SOLUTION: The transmitter includes a signal sending section, a light emitting section, a light modulation section and a radio-wave modulation section. The signal sending section sends a radio wave from an antenna. The light emitting section is provided so as to emit visible light in a preset direction. The light modulation section converts radio-wave rule information on the radio wave sent by the signal sending section into visible light emitted from the light emitting section. The radio-wave modulation section modulates transmission information transmitted on the radio wave sent by the signal sending section according to the radio-wave rule information. |
