PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly raise a fuel pressure in a delivery pipe.SOLUTION: A fuel supplying device of a direct injection type internal combustion engine has a high pressure pump. The high pressure pump has a plunger pushing out fuel when moving in a direction from a bottom dead center to a top dead center and a pump valve capable of switching to a supply (close) petition allowing the fuel to be supplied to a delivery pipe and a stop (close) position inhibiting the fuel from being supplied to the delivery pipe. A cam rotor is arranged in a cam shaft and a cam angle sensor is arranged facing the cam rotor. A display section for determining the bottom dead center is arranged in the cam rotor such that the cam angle sensor generates a bottom dead center interlocking cam angle signal S2 interlocking with a plunger bottom dead center. The pump valve is switched to the supplying position interlocking with the generation of the bottom dead center interlocking cam angle signal S2. |
