摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress synchronization shifting (AV synchronization shifting) between an audio and a video generated at an edit point with high accuracy of a sampling period unit in splicing of an audio video stream.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes a buffer for storing decoded audio data, a deviation amount between the tail ends of a video frame and an audio frame is calculated at the first half stream of an edit point, and audio data equivalent to the deviation amount is deleted. The head of the audio frame is delayed by the deviation amount from the head of the video frame of the latter half stream, and thus the occurrence of AV synchronization shifting is suppressed. The audio data stored in the buffer is deleted as small as a sampling period unit. Thus, AV synchronization shifting is suppressed with accuracy of a sampling period unit.
