The method involves performing meandering procedure of laser head (1) in circular movement (4) for influence of surface to depth effect. The focal points of laser head are controlled variably and temporally by pulsed controller, such that high depth effect (6) is enabled without destruction of base material. An independent claim is included for controllable laser head.
