PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition from which a cured product with reduced tack can be obtained, the cured product obtained from the curable composition, and an optical semiconductor device having the cured product.SOLUTION: A curable composition includes a polysiloxane (A) including an alkenyl group, a saturated hydrocarbon compound (B), and a polysiloxane (D) including at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule. The curable composition can form a cured product with its tack sufficiently reduced. An optical semiconductor device including the cured product formed of the curable composition as a sealing material or the like exhibits a low risk of having a surface of the cured product contaminated with dust or the like and of causing a problem in which packages stick to one another in a parts feeder used for sorting products.
