PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment to be operated with a finger of a person, that is, electronic equipment for much more appropriately detecting an operation instruction with the touch of the finger.SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes: a touch pad device base for detecting the change of a capacitance; and an ornament component disposed to cover the touch pad device base. The ornament component is configured so as to become different in thickness in a part of area and the other area at the part covering the upper surface of the touch pad device base. Also, the ornament component may be configured so as to become thinner in thickness toward a downward direction among directions in which a user performs the slide operation of the ornament component with a finger. |
