PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage with improved security more than conventional ones.SOLUTION: An analysis unit 6B analyses a transition history of a command type S2 in a command. A determination unit 7 determines whether an access to a memory unit 5 is normal or fraudulent on the basis of the analysis result by the analysis unit 6B. When the access to the memory unit 5 is normal on the basis of the determination result by the determination unit 7, a memory map change unit 8 provides an address generation unit 9 with a first memory map for changing a first address corresponding to a first area to a second address in the first area. On the other hand, when the access to the memory unit 5 is fraudulent, the memory map change unit provides the address generation unit 9 with a second memory map which does not change the first address corresponding to the first area to the second address in the first area. |
