PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory device which suppresses an increase in area, and can turn off the power source of a register without losing write data stored in the register.SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory device 100 includes: a memory cell array 110; port terminal groups 106a and 106b; an access control circuit 130 for controlling access of the port terminal groups 106a and 106b to the memory cell array 110; a register circuit 140 in which write data related to a writing operation is stored by the access control circuit 130 when access to reading and writing operations from/to the same address is made at the same timing; and a power source VDD1 for supplying a voltage to the register circuit 140. The access control circuit 130 conducts control so that the write data stored in the register circuit 140 is written in the memory cell array 110 in response to a notification signal for notifying power off of the power source VDD1 in advance. |
