PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like detergent that comprises a polysaccharide as a base agent and is excellent in temporal stability and a syneresis inhibiting property.SOLUTION: A gel-like detergent comprises (A) tamarind gum, (B) xanthan gum, (C) glycerol, (D) water and (E) a detergent component, and the temporal stability of the gel-like detergent can be enhanced by setting the content of the component (A) to 0.2-5.0 wt.%, the content of the component (B) to 0.2-5.0 wt.% and the content of the component (C) to 5-55 wt.%. By setting the weight ratio of the content of the component (A) to the content of the component (D), the weight ratio of the content of the component (B) to the content of the component (D) and the weight ratio of the content of the component (C) to the content of the component (D) within a specific range, the syneresis inhibiting property of the gel-like detergent is enhanced. |
