PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device embedded in an interior material, which is suitably embedded in the interior material.SOLUTION: A communication device 100 embedded in the interior material is inserted into an embedding hole provided in an interior building material and arranged therein, and has a housing 200 that stores a communication module therein. A cover 300 covers the embedding hole and also fixes the housing 200. Here, the housing 200 has such a structure that a part of the housing 200 is exposed to the inside of a room through an opening part provided in the cover 300, and has a vent hole 220 provided at the part exposed to the inside of the room. |
