摘要 The present invention relates to a method for detecting or quantifying a target cell or target protein using an aptamer chip, and more particularly, to a method for detecting and/or quantifying a target cell by reacting a cell-staining solution (e.g. 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI)) with an aptamer chip to which the target cell is bonded in order detect the target cell, to a method for detecting and/or quantifying a target protein by reacting a Coomassie blue solution with an aptamer chip to which the target protein is bonded in order to detect the target protein, to an aptamer chip, and to a method for reusing the aptamer chip, wherein the aptamer chip comprises a plate to which the aptamer, which can specifically bind to the target protein, is bonded via a disulfide bond.
