PURPOSE: A pulse tube refrigerator is provided to quickly make the ultralow environment of a superconducting instrument cooling line by supplying cold energy to a regenerator through an LNG cold energy line so that the regenerator can be quickly cooled. CONSTITUTION: A pulse tube refrigerator comprises a compressor(10), a pulse tube(30), a regenerator(20), and an LNG cold energy line(L3). The compressor provides pulsation pressure to working fluid. The working fluid compressed by the compressor is expanded in the pulse tube. The regenerator is connected to the compressor and the pulse tube to regenerate the working fluid. The LNG cold energy line is connected to the regenerator to cool the regenerator. |
