PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of obtaining a large amount of membrane protein.SOLUTION: A production method for membranal protein which carries out the secretory production of membranal protein using the culture solution containing bacteria and surfactants (A) is preferably a production method using surfactants containing nonionic surfactants (A1) in which HLB is 0 to 8 as surfactants (A) and more preferably a production method using surfactants containing nonionic surfactants (A1) in which HLB is 0 to 8 and the following surfactant (A2) as surfactants (A). The surfactant (A2) is at least one sort selected from the group consisting of ampholytic surfactants (A2-1), anion surfactants (A2-2), cationic surfactants (A2-3), and nonionic surfactants (A2-4) in which HLB exceeds 8 and is 13 or less. |
