PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a passage ticket by the time which is previously determined as a timing when a vehicle reaches a position for an issuance of a passage ticket.SOLUTION: A passage ticket issue system includes: a vehicle type determination device which determines a vehicle type of a vehicle approaching an entrance tollgate of a toll road so as to output determination result information showing the result of the determination; an image processing device which acquires, on the basis of an image of the vehicle picked up by an image picking-up device installed at the entrance tollgate, number information displayed on a number plate of the vehicle; and a passage ticket issue machine to which the vehicle type determination result information and the number information are input via respectively different transmissions, and which issues the passage ticket, which corresponds to the vehicle type and includes information indicative of a number of the vehicle, on the basis of the input vehicle type determination result information and the number information by the time which is previously determined as a timing when the vehicle reaches a position for an issuance of a passage ticket. |
