PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analyzer capable of concurrently inspecting a plurality of inspection items and obtaining high specimen processing efficiency even if any of the inspection items or a measurement object is changed.SOLUTION: The analyzer comprises: a carousel rotatable around an axis of rotation; a plurality of reaction vessels held along a circumferential edge of the carousel; and at least one detector comprising a light source for irradiating the reaction vessels with excitation light and a detection element for detecting fluorescence from reaction liquid in the reaction vessels. The detector is detachable, and by installing a desired detector, fluorescence measurement can be implemented according to the inspection items.
