PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilation device that is provided with a pipe connection port that can open and close an electrical shutter even in an environment below an operating temperature condition of a drive gear motor.SOLUTION: A ventilation device includes: an outdoor side inlet port; an outdoor side outlet port; an indoor side inlet port; an indoor side outlet port; an air supply fan for sending out the outdoor air taken in from the outdoor side inlet port from the indoor side outlet port; an exhaust fan for sending out the indoor air taken in from the indoor side inlet port from the outdoor side outlet port; and a body housing for housing the air supply fan and the exhaust fan. A pipe connection opening 103 as the outdoor side inlet port and outdoor side outlet port is provided with: an opening/closing plate 4 for opening and closing the flow of the outdoor air and indoor air; a gear motor 5 for driving the opening/closing plate 4; and heaters 11 and 12 for heating the gear motor 5. |
