Provided is a resin composition for a pigment-containing insulating film which contains cross-linked polymer particles containing at least (A) a binder polymer and (B) a pigment, wherein said resin composition for a pigment-containing insulating film has excellent tackiness after drying, can be used to obtain flexible pigment-containing insulating films, has excellent electric insulation reliability, and has low warping after curing. Also provided are a film of the resin for a pigment-containing insulating film, a pigment-containing insulating film, and a printed wiring board comprising the pigment-containing insulating film. |
