PURPOSE: A vertical water tube type once-through steam boiler is provided to cleanly clean a heating surface, to improve a quality of superheated steam, to increase the temperature of hot water, and to rapidly generate hot water. CONSTITUTION: A vertical water tube type once-through steam boiler includes a steam boiler body (10), a heat exchanger (20), and a heating surface cleaning member (30). The steam boiler body forms a steam chamber (11) on the upper part and a water chamber (12) on the lower part and forms a combustion chamber (15) on the central part by installing at least one water pipe wall (13a, 13b). The heat exchanger is installed on the upper part of the combustion chamber and includes an inlet conduit (21) connected to a saturated steam conduit (18) of the steam chamber. The heating surface cleaning member includes a superheated steam distribution pipe (31) and a plurality of spraying pipes (33). The superheated steam distribution pipe is connected to an outlet conduit (22) of the heat exchanger and is installed on the top surface. The spraying pipes are installed by penetrating through the steam chamber and the superheated steam sprayed to a heating surface of the steam boiler body. |
