<p>PURPOSE: A fluidic resistance device is provided to obtain a compact size by being simply manufactured and to contribute the equalization of performance and the improvement of accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A fluidic resistance device includes a body member (1), a cap member (2), and a ring-shaped body (3). The body member includes an upstream flow passage and a downstream flow passage inside. The downstream portion (41) of the upstream flow passage and the upstream portion (42) of the downstream flow passage are opened on the surface facing the top surface of the body member. The cap member is attached on the top surface of the body member. The ring-shaped body is fitted between the body member and the surface facing the cap member and maintained. The ring-shaped is arranged to surround the openings of the downstream portion and the upstream portion.</p> |
