PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture fermented soybean food products of natto, cheonggukjang, miso-dama koji, and the like, and to provide a manufacturing method for a fibrous carrier containing Bacillus Subtilis and the fermented soybean food products using the same.SOLUTION: Using a fibrous carrier effective in absorbing, retaining and providing bacillus subtilis seed fungus, fermented soybean food products of natto, cheonggukjang, miso-dama koji, and the like, are manufactured. Because this fibrous carrier can be thrown away or repeatedly used, and is excellent in breathability, processability, operability, and conservation, it can be conveniently used in the fermenting. |
