PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food preparation apparatus configured such that a lower member is easy to remove from a basket containing strained lees.SOLUTION: A container 21 is provided attachably/detachably at a base part 2 of a body 1 provided with an inside electric motor 11. An inside of the container 21 is provided with a basket 27 having a side filter 36, a bottom filter 37, and a crushing blade 29. The base part 2 is provided with a heater 5 for heating the container 21. The basket 27 includes a storage portion 30 as an upper member, and a lid 31 as a lower member, and the lid 31 is attachably/detachably connected to the storage portion 30 by a turning/connecting mechanism 61. The turning/connecting mechanism 61 includes a locking portion 70 provided at the lid 31, a locking receiving portion 65 provided at the storage portion 30, and the other side edge part 63A and an inclined portion 68 which constitute a guide portion for guiding the lid 31 in a direction separated from the storage portion 30. Accordingly, the lid 31 is readily removed from the storage portion 30. |
