PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a friction stir welding work with high precision in a friction stir welding apparatus, and to improve workability of the work by simultaneously performing a deburring operation.SOLUTION: There are provided: a friction stir welding tool 13 supported drivingly rotatably by an apparatus body 11; a first rotary body 17 connected integrally rotatably to the outer circumference side of the friction stir welding tool 13; a second rotary body 19 connected integrally rotatably to the first rotary body 17 and further movably along the rotation axis direction; cutting tools 26 fixed at an adjacent position of the second rotary body 19 to the friction stir welding tool 13; and coned disc springs 23 energizing the second rotary body 19 against the first rotary body 17 in such a direction that the cutting tools 26 approach a to-be-worked member 10. |
