PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method that facilitates control and management for improving adhesion between a black matrix constituting a colored pixel and a colored layer or photo spacer in order to prevent a problematic peeling accident.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a color filter by a photolithographic method, a halftone mask is used in exposure for patterning of a black matrix, and irregularity is formed on the black matrix pattern surface, wherein the method is to improve the adhesion of the black matrix. |
