PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reactor capable of reducing a step for temporally taking out a primary molded article from a mold by using a common mold for primary molding and secondary molding.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a reactor includes: a preparing step for preparing a pair of a first mold and a second mold; a primary molding step for molding primary mold resin at least on an outer peripheral surface of a core member except for at least a gap opposite surface of a leg portion of a core member 14 while covering a curved portion of the core member 14 by the first mold A and covering the leg portion of the core member 14 by the second mold B; a removing step for separating the second mold B from the first mold A to remove; a positioning step for inserting the leg portion of the core member 14 after primary molding which is held by the first mold A into a coil 28 to be positioned; and a secondary molding step for molding secondary mold resin for annually coupling the two core members 14 after the primary molding and fixing the coil 28, by using the first mold A. |
