摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force sensor capable of stably detecting pressing force, while suppressing changes in vibration characteristics of a piezoelectric body.SOLUTION: A force sensor 100 comprises: a tabular piezoelectric body 3 in which impedance changes according to external pressing force; a pair of electrode patterns 4 and 5 deposited on both surfaces of the piezoelectric body 3; and a wiring pattern 6 connected to the pair of electrode patterns. Further, the force sensor 100 includes a power feeding side coil 2 provided in non-contact with the pair of electrode patterns 4 and 5, and connected to an AC power source. A portion or the whole of at least one of the pair of electrode patterns 4 and 5 is a coil pattern formed so as to extend spirally from the wiring pattern 6 and to be electromagnetically coupled to the power feeding side coil 2.
