摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of synthesizing an enantiomer different in an α-ketone having a γ-positional chiral center capable of obtaining easily the α-ketone having the specifiedly arranged γ-positional chiral center.SOLUTION: In a synthetic method, an α-ketone having a γ-positional chiral center expressed by formula (3) is produced by generation of an asymmetric 1,4-conjugate addition reaction between a &bgr;,γ-unsaturated α-ketone expressed by formula (1) and a trialkyl aluminum expressed by formula (2), in the presence of a catalyst generated by a chiral phosphoramidite ligand and a copper salt. (In formula (1) and formula (3), each of Rand Rrepresents respectively independently one kind selected from a group comprising aryl, alkylaryl, alkoxy aryl, haloaryl and heteroaryl, and Rrepresents alkyl in formula (2), wherein * represents the chiral center).
