PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rope oil from adhering to the inside of a disk cover and adhering to a braking surface of a brake disk.SOLUTION: An oil guide turner 63 with an L-shaped cross-section is provided at a lower end side of an arc-like disk cover 61 for covering a brake disk 50. Even when rope oil is adhered to the inside of the disk cover 61, the rope oil drops down along the inner surface of the disk cover 61, is held in the oil guide turner 63, and is discharged from an opening 63a. Since the opening 63a is away from a braking surface of the brake disk 50, it is unlikely that the discharged rope oil adheres to the brake disk 50. |
