PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper wherein a wearer is easy to have a posture of a C type curve and wherein fitting properties to the wearer is further improved.SOLUTION: This disposable diaper 10 includes a sheet-like elastic element 100 provided in a back waistline region 30. The sheet-like elastic element 100 has an expansion/retraction region 105 expandable and retractable in the product width direction W. An absorber 40 has: a low rigidity region 110 wherein a weight per unit area is smaller than another portion of the absorber 40 or an absorbent core is absent; and a non-expansion/retraction region 45 which is not expandable and retractable in the product width direction W. The non-expansion/retraction region 45 is provided on a crotch region side rather than the expansion/retraction region 105, the expansion/retraction region 105 overlaps at least a part of the low rigidity region 110 in the plan view of the disposal diaper 10, and the width of the low rigidity region 110 in the product width direction W becomes wider as heading for an end part on the back waistline region 30 side in the product long direction L. |
