PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water permeability testing apparatus and a water permeability testing facility capable of both water permeability tests even in a small installation space.SOLUTION: A water permeability testing apparatus includes: a water permeability testing machine 40 that is freely switchable between a state in which a fixed water-level permeability test can be performed and a state in which a variable water-level permeability test can be performed; and a water permeability testing controller 50 for controlling the water permeability testing machine 40. The water permeability testing machine 40 includes: a sample container 41 for accommodating a sample 90; a water storage tube 42 which has a discharge port in a side portion and has a posture erected from an upper end of the sample container 41; a discharge pipe 43 provided in the discharge port of the water storage tube 42; a water storage tank 44 which has a water sampling port in a side portion and stores testing water such that the sample container 41 is immersed in the water; a water sampling pipe 45 disposed at the water sampling port of the water storage tank 44; a water feeder 47 for feeding the testing water to the water storage tube 42 and the water storage tank 44; and a water level sensor unit 48. |
