PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food preparation apparatus configured such that a lid is easy to remove from a basket.SOLUTION: A container 21 is removably provided at a base part 2 of a body 1 provided with an inside electric motor 11. In the container 21, a basket 27 is held to be suspended. In the basket 27 having a side filter 36 and a bottom filter 37, a crushing blade 29 is provided. The base portion 2 is provided with a heater 5. The basket 27 has a storage portion 30 as an upper member, and a lid 31 as a lower member. The lid 31 is attachable to and detachable from the storage portion 30 by turning operation. The outside of the lid 31 is formed with a vertical rib 79 as a projection. Further, an operation tool 81 is provided which has a groove portion 86 as an engagement receiving portion for engaging with the vertical rib 79, and is operated to turn the lid 31, and removes the lid from the upper member. Accordingly, the lid 31 is readily removed without touching the lid 31 being hot as much as possible. |
