PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requirements for system interconnection, and even when a system frequency increases, produce the same generated output as when it does not.SOLUTION: A turbine controller 40 of a wind power generation apparatus includes a generated output command value generation section 50 for generating a generated output command value, and an optimum upper/lower limit restriction section 56 for restricting the generated output command value by means of an upper limit value and a lower limit value of generated output determined on the basis of a power curve indicating a relationship between generated output and generator speed. The turbine controller 40 further includes a limit value generation section 58 for, when a system frequency increases above a predetermined reference frequency, generating a frequency-dependent limit value as an upper limit value of the generated output command value in accordance with the increase in system frequency, and a first upper limit restriction section 68 for restricting the upper limit of the generated output command value restricted by the optimum upper/lower limit restriction section 56 by means of the frequency-dependent limit value. |
