PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-digital converter that reduces an error in an analog-digital conversion result while suppressing an increase in circuit area.SOLUTION: The analog-digital converter includes: a capacitive DAC having one or more capacitive elements, at least one of which is connected to an input signal, to generate an output signal depending on the connection state of the capacitive elements; a reference voltage generation circuit for supplying reference voltages to the capacitive DAC; a comparator for outputting a comparison result depending on the output signal; a successive approximation register for outputting a digital signal depending on the comparison result from the comparator; and a control circuit for controlling the connection state of the capacitive elements in accordance with the comparison result. The control circuit compares a conversion result that is a digital signal derived from a sample of a predetermined voltage with an ideal code that is an errorless ideal digital signal derived from the sample, and performs corrective control for reducing an error in the digital signal in accordance with the result of comparison. |
