PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that prevents a discharge from being generated as lead wires approach or come into contact with each other for an excimer lamp that includes a light emission tube constituted so that a discharge space filled with discharging gas is formed and a dielectric is interposed between at least one of a pair of electrodes for making the discharging gas to induce a discharge and the discharging gas, and has a pair of lead wires led out from one end of the light emission tube to the pair of electrodes.SOLUTION: A pair of lead wires led out of a base are provided with an electrically insulating spacer for maintaining an interval between the lead wires. |
