PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ribbon toy capable of providing a pleasure of making ribbons, and capable of making various kinds of ornament ribbons to suit the liking of a ribbon maker according to the times and places where the ribbons are worn.SOLUTION: Ends 13 of sheet-like flat plates 11 having a plurality of through holes 15 in the vicinity of the ends 13 are layered on each other in such a way as to butt each other, and the ends 13 of the sheet-like flat plates 11 are wrung by a wringer 21 narrower than the width of the end 13 to make a ribbon toy 10. The wringer 21 penetrates the overlapping though holes 15 of the sheet-like flat plates 11 with the ends 13 butting each other. |
