The vent has a surface (1) that is formed as decorative layer within the interior of vehicle. An opening (2) is formed in the surface, and a bistable rod (3) is formed above or below the surface. The opening is partially closed by bistable rod during passive state. The opening is made to be open during active state. An air permeable layer is made to cover the opening formed in surface during passive state.
