PURPOSE: A device for attaching and detaching an adsorption part of a material extraction device is provided to easily replace an adsorption part by separating an attaching and detaching plate from a fixed plate fixed to a robot. CONSTITUTION: A device for attaching and detaching an adsorption part of a material extraction device comprises a fixed plate, an attaching and detaching plate (300), and an attaching and detaching unit (400). One surface of the fixed plate is fixed to a robot arm. An adsorption part is installed on one surface of the attaching and detaching plate. A first through hole (302) is formed by penetrating from one surface to the other surface of the attaching and detaching plate. The attaching and detaching unit comprises a coupling part and a locking part (420). The coupling part prevents the attaching and detaching plate from becoming separated from the fixed plate. The locking part selectively locks the attaching and detaching plate to the fixed plate.
