PURPOSE: A construction method for urea waterproof membrane is provided to prevent the generation of residues, thereby uniformly mixing a waterproof agent, smoothly spraying the waterproof agent and improve operation efficiency by making frequent use of a twist wing. CONSTITUTION: A mixing injection device for urea waterproof membrane comprises: a main material tank; a curing agent tank; a main body in which an air compressor is prepared; a main material line (20) which is connected to the main material tank of the main body and supplies main material; a curing agent line (30) which is connected to the curing agent tank of the main body and supplies the curing agent; an air line (40) which is connected to the air compressor of the main body and supplies air; a mixing portion (51) in which the main material line, the curing agent line and the air line are connected to the back-end of the mixing portion and main material supplied from the main material line and a curing agent supplied from the curing agent line are mixed in the center of the mixing portion; nozzles (52, 52a, 52b) which spray air and waterproof agent located in the top-end part of the mixing portion; and an injector (50) in which an air channel (53) connected to the nozzle is arranged. One end of a separate irrigation line (60) is connected to a side of the main material line, and the other end of the separate irrigation line is connected to a separate washing tank in order to supply cleaning solutions. A three way valve (80) for selectively supplying the main material and cleaning solutions to the connection part of the main material and irrigation line is equipped. The top end of the air channel is connected to the nozzles and the center of the air channel is separately arranged from the mixing portion of the injector. |
