PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material inhibiting production of intracellular cyclic AMP (cAMP).SOLUTION: A cAMP production inhibitor includes Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi of family Labiatae or a solvent extract thereof as an active ingredient. Using the cAMP production inhibitor, atopic dermatitis treating agents, osteoporosis treatment drugs and the like with high safety and high efficacy can be developed. |
