PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation, and to obtain sufficiently excellent bleaching performance, even when a first agent containing a persulfate is dissolved into a small amount of water adhering onto a container or a small amount of a second agent.SOLUTION: A hair bleaching/decoloring agent composition is used after being mixed with a plurality of agents including at least a first agent with which a persulfate is blended and a second agent with which an oxidizing agent is blended. In the first agent, (A) at least one kind selected from sodium persulfate and potassium persulfate, (B) ammonium persulfate, (C) a monovalent metal salt of silicic acid, (D) silicic acid and (E) an alkali agent which is solid at 25°C, are blended. The blending amount of each component (A) to (E) is, in terms of the mass ratio to the whole first agent, 10-40 mass% of (A) component, 10-40 mass% of (B) component, 10-30 mass% of (C) component, 1-10 mass% of (D) component, and 0.1-4.0 mass% of (E) component, respectively, and the blending mass ratio (A)/(B) of (A) component to (B) component is 0.5-2.5. |
