PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for a food use or an agent for a medical use, for suppressing a rapid increase of an amount of gastric emptying and for delaying gastric emptying.SOLUTION: The present invention is completed by finding effects of suppressing a rapid increase of an amount of gastric emptying and delaying gastric emptying with respect to one species or multiple species selected from a group consisting of main amino acids having an experience of being eaten, i.e., serine, cysteine, threonine, histidine, lysine, glycine, alanine, and proline. Concretely, the present invention is completed by finding that serine, cysteine, threonine, and histidine suppress the rapid increase of an amount of gastric emptying and delay gastric emptying, by monitoring an expiratory amount ofCOfrom an animal administered with various amino acids labeled withC. |
