PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify replacement work of a wall surface material.SOLUTION: A wall body 10 has a frame body which consists of a pair of an upper frame runner and a lower frame runner and a plurality of studs 14 provided at predetermined intervals between both the runners, and wall surface materials 15 are fixed on both sides of the frame body while sandwiching it. The wall body 10 has a first wall part 63a and a second wall part 63b constituted by including a pair of adjacent studs 14, the wall parts 63a, 63b are adjacently provided to each other while commonly using an opening stud 14a, and the first wall part 63a is provided with an opening 56. In the wall surface material 15, a plate material 15a is cut off in a range bridging across the first wall part 63a and the second wall part 63b including an upper part of the opening 56. Thereafter, in a position where the plate material 15a is cut off, a first backing horizontal member 24 and a second backing horizontal member 25 are mounted on the first wall part 63a and the second wall part 63b, and one replacement plate material 28 is fixed to the backing horizontal members 24, 25. |
