PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open type degassing device that allows dissolved oxygen, free carbon dioxide, and residual chlorine which are separated from supplied hot water to be discharged to the atmosphere, even if the usage of the supplied hot water is rapidly increased and decreased in a circulation hot water supply system and a water level of the supplied hot water stored in hot water storage part of a tank.SOLUTION: An open type degassing device 10 includes: a pressure sensor 30 for measuring a water level of supplied hot water 12 stored in a hot water storage part 32; and a controller 31 for regulating a flow rate of the supplied hot water 12 flowing to a flow-out pump 28 on the basis of a measurement signal sent from the sensor 30 so as to maintain a balance between an inflow of the supplied hot water 12 flowing into the hot water storage part 32 from a nozzle and an outflow of the supplied hot water 12 flowing out from the hot water storage part 32 through a flow-out pipe 25. |
