PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive output tube that is variable in degree of coupling between a resonance cavity and a coaxial waveguide, and has the degree of coupling kept constant by fixing the position of a loop against force pressing the loop inward and based upon atmospheric pressure.SOLUTION: An opening part 27 is formed in a part of a cavity wall 19 forming an output cavity 15 in which a vacuum is held. A coupling loop 16 inserted into the opening part 27 without being in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the opening part 27 and fixed to a plate 25 is provided. Screws 26a, 26b hold the coupling loop 16 movable into and out of the opening part 27 or rotatable while the coupling loop 16 is inserted from the opening part 27. The plate 25 is supported for the cavity wall 19 opposite the opening part 27 at a certain distance from the opening part 27. Bellows 23 connects a periphery of the opening part 27 of the cavity wall 19 to the plate 25 to maintain a vacuum in the output cavity 15. |
